FAQs
NO PHONE POLICY
-
Upon arrival, all guests are required to place their phones into a secure Yondr pouch. The pouch will be locked by staff and returned to you. You will keep the pouch with you for the duration of your visit.
When leaving the venue, you may unlock your pouch using the self-unlock station located at the exit. Once your phone has been removed, please place the empty pouch in the designated Yondr collection bin before departing.
This policy is strictly enforced at all Tigres De La Noche events. Any guest found using a phone inside the venue will be escorted out immediately.
-
Participation in our phone-free experience is required for entry into the venue. All phones are secured in Yondr pouches upon arrival.
Guests who require access to their phone as a reasonable accommodation for a medical condition, disability, accessibility need, or assistive technology should speak with a staff member upon arrival. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations while preserving the phone-free experience for all guests.
-
We understand that some guests rely on their phones for medical monitoring, accessibility tools, communication assistance, or other disability-related needs. If you require access to your device for these purposes, please speak with a staff member upon arrival and we will work with you to provide a reasonable accommodation.
-
Yes. The pouch is tamper-resistant and designed to remain secure unless unlocked by the authorized unlocking device or staff.
-
In the event of a medical emergency, Tigres De La Noche staff will immediately contact the appropriate authorities and provide assistance.
-
If you need to make or return an urgent call or text, please notify a staff member. You will be escorted away from the dancefloor to a designated area where your pouch can be unlocked using a mobile unlock device.
A staff member will remain with you during this time and will relock your pouch once you are finished so you may continue enjoying the event.
-
If you exit the dancefloor or upper level without unlocking your pouch, please locate the staff member stationed at the exit door. They will unlock your pouch and return your phone.
-
We strongly recommend bringing a physical card for purchases.
If you do not have a card, please speak with the staff member behind the bar. They will assist you by unlocking your pouch so you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay at a mobile register. Once the transaction is complete, your phone will be relocked.
